Mrs. Janie Pearson Sellers, a resident of Shorter, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at her residence. A public viewing will be held Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Burton's Funeral Home Chapel from 12:00 noon until 5:00 pm. Funeral services are scheduled Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 11:00 am from Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, Shorter, Alabama ; Rev. Robert Evans, Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in the Churchyard Cemetery. Mrs. Sellers will lie in state one hour prior to funeral services. Professional services provided by Burton's Funeral Home.
